PLEASE NOTE. THE PARCEL POST SHIPPING ESTIMATE OF 4-7 DAYS IS ONLY ACCURATE IN THE LOWER 48 STATES. SHIPPING PARCEL POST TO HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, OR ANY OTHER NON 48 CAN TAKE AS LONG AS 3-5 WEEKS. WE SUGGEST USING PRIORITY MAIL IF YOU WANT THE ITEMS TO ARRIVE IN A TIMELY MANNER.

 

We normally ship using UPS or USPS. You can pick what will be the most cost effective. If you have a custom shipping method preferred please let us know.

Free Shipping Promotions are only available for shipments within the USA--excluding Hawaii & Alaska.

International Shipments

 

We do ship internationally. We do not have the rates or information on customs or duties you may be charged by your local government. We are not responsible for your customs fee's or taxes you may be charged by your local government.

 

We are required by the state of Texas to charge sales tax on all orders shipped in Texas. If you have a tax number and plan to resale please contact us to remove the sales tax.

 

Order Cancellation Policy To cancel an order you have placed with Wholesale Vacuums, you must contact customer support by email (robbie@wholesalevacuums.com) or by phone (210-930-2985). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

 

Out-of-Stock Policy Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in-stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out-of-stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.
